Viewing Migrated Donation History
For viewing and displaying the basic donation history which is automatically migrated with Donors.
Note: because this is a new feature, and by design, the migrator does not replace or update existing donor records during multiple migrations, you will only be able to capture the donation history from one previous site. However, once the donation history has been migrated, it can be carried forward in future years.
To unhide migrated donation history:
Go to Admin > Site Settings > Customize Your Site > Custom Fields:
1. Donation history summary is migrated as a Custom Field labeled Previous Donations.
2. Custom field is hidden because it is not flagged to display for donors - click to edit (see below)
3. Data Column header reflects month and year of event site date it was migrated from - click to edit to rename, if desired.
To display history on Donor page:
Go to Donors > Customize > Select Custom Field to display > Save.
Donation History displayed in single cell: (quantity, if > 1) Item Name - $FMV; second item ; third item etc.
