Online Access to My Account and Cart
Online ticket buyers and/or Online Auction bidders can log in to "My Account" to:
- view their order,
- edit unpaid orders containing fixed price items,
- apply a payment,
- add guest info to unassigned tickets,
- edit existing guest info,
- change their password.
Note: only the person or business who purchased ticket(s) will have an account. Guests on tickets that are purchased by someone else will not have access to the ticket order.
To login:
Go to Login link on navigation bar:
1. Email addresses are the default login.
2. Enter the password you created when you bought your ticket and/or signed up for an online auction account.
3. If you don't remember your password, aren't sure you ever set one up, or just think you might already have an account, use the Reset link.
4. You can add your own text or instructions at Admin > Site Settings > Customize Your Site > General > Custom Login HTML.
5. Login.
My Account: Orders waiting for payment:
1. Click Cart icon to view contents.
2. Login link is replaced by User Name. My Account can be accessed via dropdown menu.
From My Account, you can:
3. Edit your User information.
4. Change your password.
5/6/7. Review, Edit and/or Pay for Orders waiting for payment. See below for Editing Guests on ticket orders:

8. Closed Orders: View Order and Print a Receipt.
9. Ticket Orders (open or closed) can be edited to add or change guest info.
Online Items I've Bid on:
10. View the status of online auction items you have bid on.
