Navigating the Catalog Page

A quick tour of the tools available and how to navigate around the Catalog.

Catalog - Grid View

1.  Help - Pop-up window with Help tips specific to this page.

2.  Manage Pending Items - View and edit donations submitted via online donation form.

3.  Customize - Choose the data columns to display on the page.

4.  Display Button Bar - Filter catalog display by where items are being sold.

5.  Preview Public View - to see what visitors to your site will see.

6.  Save as CSV - Exports the spreadsheet for further manipulation and/or printing.

7.  Add an Item and Create a Lot buttons

8.  Select Items for Bulk Edits

9.  Icons to Edit, Delete, Clone an Item

10.  Lots are displayed in toto:  only the Master Item has an Item number.

11.  Sort spreadsheet by column by clicking on the column header.  Clicking again toggles between ascending/descending order.
