Selling a Ticket to a Walk-up Guest

Shows how to sell a ticket and check-in a walk-up guest using preassigned bid numbers.

Note: Best Practice is to Use Self Check-in so only a limited number of guests need to check-in the night of the event.

  1. Select Ticket to purchase
  2. Enter Guest Information
  3. Vault Credit Card (optional)
  4. Link bidder number to already checked in Guest instead of typing in new number (Optional feature )
  5. Continue

  1. Start Check-in for Next Guest
  2. Print Bidder Number (Optional)
  3. Click to Pay for Ticket Now (Optional with Walk-up Ticket added to Guest cart for payment at Check-out.)
  4. Print Receipt (Optional)
  5. Sell Item to Guest (Optional)  

Note: Chairs set range of Bid Numbers to be assigned to newly issued tickets.
