Setting up and Selling Items to Guests at Check-in

Having Items such as raffle and/or drink tickets available to sell during check in can make it easy for guests to join in the festivities immediately.  

Note:  Since you want the check in lines and process to move quickly, all items (including tickets) sold at check in will be placed in the guest's shopping cart to be paid for at check-out.    If necessary, there is a Pay Now button which will allow you to process the payment immediately.

To keep your check in lines moving quickly, avoid offering too many items for sale and/or any items that require explanation or have options (sizes, colors etc)

Go to:  Catalog > Add or Edit Item > Options

1.  Fixed price Item Types (Sellable, Raffle, and Signup) are available to sell during check-in.

2.  Check box to offer item for sale on check-in screen

3.  Save Item

Item(s) offered will appear on the check In confirmation screen

Item(s) offered will appear on the check In confirmation screen

Auction Night > Check-In > confirmation page

1.  Enter quantity desired

2.  Click on Sell Items to Guest to place items in guest's shopping cart.

Sold Item(s) will appear on the Sales confirmation screen

Sold Item(s) will appear on the Sales confirmation screen

Auction Night > Check-In > Sales confirmation page

1.  Option to Pay Now

2.  Check In Next Guest.
