Projecting a Display of Winners Who Should Check-Out
You can project a chart displaying winning bidder numbers (and names) near the end of your event to let guests know if they have won something and whether they need to check out or not.
This optional feature is most useful with fewer Silent Items and many Guests. Each sale is posted separately so someone's number may be posted multiple times and there is no means to add the Item name.
Best Practice: Use Self Check-out feature to send emails to each Guest with the details of their shopping cart contents.
To view and edit Silent Winners Display:
Go to Admin > Auction Night Charts > Silent Winners > Launch
To edit settings:
Select Settings:
Note: This page automatically reloads to ensure the most current display. To allow enough to make edits, first uncheck the Automatic reload setting and save. Be sure to reactivate the automatic reload once you have satisfied with your settings.
1. Control the size of the display: columns and rows.
2. Display Guest names with the numbers.
3. Display full screen for projection at event.
4. Automatically reload content to ensure most up to date display.
