Entering Paddle Raise/Special Appeal Pledges on Event Night
You will need to enter your special appeals on event night and you can use the Paddle Raise Recording Sheet to track the pledges made during your live auction. You will then record pledges using the Sell a Bulk item feature.

3. To enter pledge level and record sales to guests:
1. Details of Item being sold
2. Enter Pledge level, then record all buyers at that level. Change pledge level as needed and continue selling.
Best Practice: Follow auctioneer's pattern and enter all donations at the same level before editing amount.
3. Enter Bidder's number.
4. Click on Sell button.
5. Bidder and pledge level appear on master list with time stamp and Delete/Manage Order button. Delete to undo/return a sale and Manage Order if order is closed or has a payment.
4. To view Paddle Raise/Special Appeal reports go to Admin > View Reports > Post Auction > Sales by Type
