Processing Returns and Refunds AFTER Checkout on Auction Night
How to make a return on Auction Night after Checkout.
Before checkout, use the Edit Order button.
Before and after Auction Night, returns and other edits are best handled on the Order page.
To return an item:
Go to Auction Night > Return an Item:
Select guest/bidder number:
Choose Item(s) to be Returned and Reason
1. Check box next to item to return.
2. Optional Return reason for person doing cleanup to understand.
3. Process the Return
Finish Return and Payment Refund
1. Optional - Print Revised Receipt
2. Follow instructions which will vary based on the type of payment being refunded.
