Checking in a Guest using an Unassigned Ticket

Ticket buyers do not always provide the names of all of their guests in advance.  This shows how to assign Bidder Numbers at check-in for guests using unassigned tickets purchased by someone else.

Go to Auction Night > CheckIn

1. Lookup Buyer (Available Tickets will show)

2. Continue

  1. Type in Guest Information
  2. Vault Credit Card (optional)
  3. Type in Bidder Number (Best practice is to use top Bidder Number Card from stack(s) distributed at each station.)
  4. Link bidder number to already checked in Guest instead of typing in new number (Optional feature )
  5. Continue
