Adding Images to Your Site

Images can be added on your homepage and in any text areas with a HTML Editor.   Virtually all public pages display an Edit link to Admin/Chair users which provides access to an HTML Editor tool.  A complete list of pages which accept images is provided at the end of this article.   

Images can be added to items with a simplified upload process.

The uploaded image must be either a png, jpg or gif.

Go to Admin > Site Settings > Customize Your Site > Themes and Images > Images

To add image, go to the HTML Editor on the page you want to place the image on:

Note:  Images can be added to any text area with the HTML Editor toolbar (click on any Edit Text button to see the HTML Editor).  If your site is not displaying any HTML Editors, you need to enable HTML editing at Admin > Site Settings >  Customize Your Site > General.

1. Paste address path of image into form.

2. Adjust the size and proportions (padlock indicates the proportion ratio is locked, so enter first value and other value is calculated to maintain ratio).

3.  Align it to the right or the left side.

4. Click on OK.

Image appears in HTML editor but must be SAVED to appear on the page.

You can add a hyper-link to images when you add the image or later as an edit.

To access HTML Editor via Edit links:

Public pages containing Edit links for adding custom content/images:

  • Homepage (text link, centered at bottom of page)
  • Online Donation Form for cash/selling items (icon)
  • Online Donation Form for submitting items (text link)
  • Online Ticket Sales (text links on first two screens)
  • Online Auction (button in upper right of About and Welcome pages)

  • Customize Your Site > Homepage
  • Communications > Text Blocks
  • Catalog > item Categories (for display when catalog is filtered by category)
  • Ticket Sales > Online Ticket Sales > Tickets Not Enabled display

Admin > Auction Displays:

  • Mobile Displays
