Available Data Fields for Ticketed Guest Imports
Visual illustration of data fields available for import and their corresponding column headers for placing your spreadsheet data in the desired fields.
See Importing Guests with Tickets for the required data fields for each type of ticket import, then add any optional data fields desired to your spreadsheet by using the specified column headers shown below.

link_id: specify a unique link id to assign a guest their own bidder number, specify the same, shared link id to guests sharing a bidder number (make sure linked guests are on adjacent lines in your spreadsheet.)
bidder_number: Add this column if Bidder Numbers have already been assigned.
guest_notes:
udf_user_defined_fields: add columns for any custom data you would like to import - column header must begin with udf_and_use_underscores_between_words

ticket_id: Each ticket must have a unique identifier. If you are importing each guest on a separate ticket, you can simply number your guests 1,2,3. . .
If you have couple or table tickets, each ticket admitting > 1 guest will share a ticket ID. eg. a couple will each have a ticket id = x and each guest (assigned or unassigned) on a table ticket will have a ticket id = y.
