Editing Ticket Sale Emails
Guests that purchase tickets online will receive an auto-generated email either confirming their purchase and payment or confirming their order and providing instructions for payment. You can edit the email content as desired.
To select email to view and/or edit:
Go to Admin > Site Settings > Ticket Sale > Emails
To edit and preview email:
Note: Editing process is identical for Pay Later email
1. Edit subject line.
2. Edit body text as desired. Available merge tags display in right column.
3. Note: If you have opted to skip password creation during the ticket buying process, but you want your guests to have access to their system-generated account, include the Password-Message tag in the your email email message (just below the guest_account_url sentence).
4. Link will reset to default text.
5. Save your changes.
6. Enter your email and click on Send Preview to : button to preview.
