Editing Self Check-In Emails
Here you can edit the emails your guests receive during the self check-in process. The emails are pre-loaded with default text and instructions and will work as is, but you can easily customize the text to suit your needs.
To edit self check-in emails:
Go to Admin > Site Settings > Gala Auction > Self Check-in
To edit default text on self check-in Register/Confirmation email:
1. Edit text as desired.
2. Merge tags available for use in your messages.
3. Be sure to include the personalized [invite_code] merge tag. Note: this link to the guest's account expires after 5 days.
4. Save.
5. After saving, enter your email address then click Send a Preview to: button to preview your finished product.
Note: Same process can be used to edit the confirmation email.
