Monitoring Your Online Auction in Progress

The Online summary reports provide live reporting of the bidding in progress:

  • Current tally of high bids (gross revenue if your items closed with no further bidding).
  • Number of people who have online accounts and number of bidders.
  • Number of items with and without bids.
  • Most active items and bidders.

In addition, users with Chair or Admin roles can view the bidding history of each item, and can cancel individual bids if necessary.

Go to Catalog > Click on Item Name in any view

1.  Bid History

2.  Link to cancel bid, if necessary

3.  Amount of next qualified bid

4.  Details on when bidding for item ends.

Go to Admin > View Reports > Online Tab

Online Auction Summary Reports display all activity (including items still open for bidding and items where bidding has ended).  

1. High Bid Tally  Note:  closed/blind bids are not shown in this tally.

2. Closed/Blind bidding (if used) is shown separately since winners are chosen manually (thus the system does not recognize "high" bids)

3. Registered bidders who have not placed a bid.

4. Items that have no bids.

5.  Most Active Items.

6.  Most Active Guests.
