Editing Self Check-Out Invitation
The invitation to Self Check-Out can be used as is with the default text and link, but it is easy to customize the message to suit your needs. For example, it's a good idea to include instructions for how guests will pick up any physical items that they have purchased/won.
To edit invitation message:
Go to Admin > Admin > Site Settings > Gala Auction > Self Check-Out > Self Check-Out Invitation
To edit content:
1. Edit text as desired.
2. Available merge tags to use in your message.
3. [invite_code] provides the personalized link to the guest's account - be sure to include it in your message.
4. Save.
5. Enter your email address then click "Send a Preview To" button to view the finished product.
