Editing a Ticket

Everything you need to do to an existing ticket order can now be done from a single (Order) page including add, return, exchange, or change the price of a ticket,  add names to unassigned seats, add items to an online order, or record a payment.  

To view a ticket order:

Go to Tickets > click on Mange Ticket icon

To edit any element of the Ticket order:

1.  Edit Ticket Buyer's User record.  

2.  Update Ticket Buyer's address info only.

3.  Print (+preview) or Email Receipt for this order.

4.  Add Item or Ticket to order.

5.  Edit or Return this Item/Ticket.  Edit allows you to replace this ticket/item with a different ticket type or item.  Returns will remain on the receipt with a red line through the name and price = $0.

6.  Edit Guest's User record and/or unassign/reassign guest using this ticket (see below).

7.  Edit Price of Item/Ticket

8.  Add Payment (button only displays when order has a balance due)

9.  Payment History (refund icon normally only appears when order has been overpaid).  

10. Credit Card Approval or Failure messages/codes can be viewed here.

Click on Edit Guest icon (step 6 above):

11.  Edit existing Guest's details as necessary.

12.  Select another User to replace existing guest.

13.  Remove User to enter a new guest w/o an existing user record or to leave ticket unassigned.

14.  Uncheck the box to undo check-in for the guest.

15.  You can also view/edit the full record (to undo check-in, edit vaulted credit card etc).

16.  Update Guest record.
