For launching, promoting and assisting with mobile bidding during your event.

Once your gala event is underway, you'll launch and manage mobile bidding by:

  1. Activating the first display screen on the projector,
  2. Triggering the sending of the Invitations,
  3. Promoting bidding and placing proxy bids if needed.

Potential Bidders are grouped by status:  Ticketholders and Online Auction who have and have not already received email invitations.

1.  Only ticket holders who have not yet been invited are selected by default.

2.  All Potential Bidders are displayed, but are not selected if their record is missing an email address.  You can add missing email addresses here.

3.  Click on any existing email address to make the field editable.   Once invitations are sent, potential bidders may want an invitation sent to a different email address.  Locate their name in the second section (already invited), edit their email, select the record and send again.

4.  Online Auction Bidders (if any) will appear by default, but will not be sent an invitation unless selected.  Note:  Online Bidders will only be able to place bids on Mobile items that are ALSO marked to sell in the Online Auction.

5.  Once bidders are selected, Send Mobile Bidding Invitation.

1.  Bidding is closed precisely at the specified closing time(s).

2.  Item Banners will reflect that Bidding has closed and indicate Winning Bid.
