Monitoring and Reporting Donations and/or Sales from "Donate Now" Page
Cash Donations and Items sold using the Online form (Donate Now) can be edited like any other order and summary and detail reports are available for the Donate Now venue:
To view orders originating from the Online Donation Form:
Go to Orders > Filter by Created: Donate Page
To view existing summary report:
Go to Admin > View Reports > Post Auction:
1. Sales by Venue displays Sales by where transaction originated.
2. Donate Page summary shows 17 transactions totaling $574. Click on any element of Donate Now line to view details (below)
Detailed report to support the summary report totals:
Go to: Click on Donate Page line of Sales by Venue summary report (shown above)
1. Transactions sorted by Item by clicking on the column header.
2. Report shows details of 17 sales totaling $574.
As always, you can further customize the report to display the data you desire.
