Editing Emails Confirming Transactions made on Donate Now Page

After the donation/sale, an email thanking the donor is generated by the system to confirm their donation.  Like a mail merge, the emails pull data from the system using the Merge tags in the [brackets].

Admin > Site Settings > Online Donation Forms > Donate Cash and Online Store > Edit the Pay Now Email and Edit the Pay Later Email

1.  Link to edit confirmation messages for transactions paid by credit card.

2.  Link to edit confirmation messages for transactions to be paid using custom payment instructions.

To edit Pay Now (Credit Card) confirmation message:

1. Subject Line of all Credit Card Emails

2. Body of the letter using Text and Merge Tags that pull in data from your site into email  ["labels"]

3. List of available Merge Tags

4. Save Edits

5. Preview email appearance by sending to:  Test address

6. Reset email to default text and appearance

1. Subject Line of all non-Credit Card Emails

2. Body of the letter using Text and Merge Tags that pull in data from your site into email  ["labels"].  Note:  Custom Payment instructions are created at Site Settings > Payment/Credit Card > Custom Payment Instructions

3. List of available Merge Tags

4. Save Edits

5. Preview email appearance by sending to:  Test address

6. Reset email to default text and appearance
