Generate Printed Materials
You can preview and/or print all of your materials with a click of a button from the master menu.
Click on any print button to easily preview your forms at any time. Menu items will load and display within seconds in print preview mode (nothing will actually print until you send the document to a printer).
Print Menu:
Go to Admin > Print Materials
1. Bid and Description sheets can be generated in two sizes: normal = half sheet, large = full sheet.
2. Print separately if you will be printing bid sheets on 2 or 3 part NCR paper.
3. Collates bid and description sheets by item number for ease of set-up.
4. Note: Mobile options only display for premium subscriptions.
5. Printed materials may be generated individually (print options depended on type of item specified. If you need to generate more than a few sheets, it may be faster to generate all, then use your printer controls to specify which ones to print (eg, print pages 2, 5, 8, 10-14 etc).
6. PDF formatted for Avery 5160 or 5260 labels.
