Defining Tickets Types

You define what you sell as tickets but
Seat = Bidder number
so if you want someone to spend money at your event, they need a Seat even if they do not have a meal or an actual place to sit at the live auction. A 0 seat ticket with a 0 FMV is a donation and a way to collect money for things like Donation Teacher Tickets or Sponsor tickets or . .

TIP Getting Guests Early
One idea is to set up tickets discounted by how early people buy. E.g., Very Early Bird - up to 60 days before for $30, Early Bird - up to 30 days before $40, Regular - $50, Door Tickets - $75. In addition to getting guests to commit early, the early money can be used to cover event costs, and "early" attendees can help sell their neighbors on the idea of coming to your event.
