Default Data Entered on Application Settings Page

1. Login.
2. Go to Admin tab.
3. Click on Application Settings .
4. Choose field to be edited from left column

Clicking on the text in the left box opens an edit field - BELOW.

Type in new information

1. Enter revised information .
2. Click on Save.

Repeat for remaining default fields

banner_image      Path to file for the image on the auction site banner
default_city Default city used for display and to minimize retyping.
default_state Default state used for display and to minimize retyping.
default_state_postal Default postal state used for display and to minimize retyping.
default_zip Default zip code state used when entering data and to minimize retyping.
formatted_mailing_address Your snail mail address.
from_email_address When your auction site sends emails to your donors and volunteers, this is the email address they can reply to.
header_background_image
new_donor_e-mail E-mail of person on your team whom should receive notice when a donor signs up on your auction site to give something. If you enter multiple emails, separate them with a comma i.e., anna@myschool.org,jen@someco.com

online_admin_email The email address of the person responsible for online communication including online sales and online auctions. Will receive notification of auctions as they close and inquires from online donors or purchasers.

online_admin_name. The name of the person responsible for online communications including online and sales and online auctions.
organization_name The name of the organization. Used throughout the site and in correspondence with your guests.
ticket_goal      The total number of tickets you can/hope to sell for your event. (Needed if showing Quickstats on homepage.)
