A. Bid sheets and description sheets are available in two sizes - (Normal) 1/2 sheet and (Large) 8 1/2 by 11.
B. Bid and Description sheets can be generated as pairs or singly in both sizes.
C. If only one Bid Or Description Sheet is needed, it can be selected for print from the dropdown at the bottom of the page that has all items.
Saving in PDF allows printing in triplicate at print shop.

Challenges when you go to print Bid and Description Sheets - Frequently Asked Questions

- If a picture is not transferring, try replacing it with a .png image.

- There is no mechanism to print a range of numbers when printing bid or description sheets but that can be done from almost all Adobe pdf readers.

- You can download all the data in a spreadsheet and get exactly what you want by doing a mail merge. (Consider whether this effort will raise more money for your organization.)

Bid and description sheets are a fixed format however there are few elements you can alter to achieve your purposes.

1. Table Names from the Tables tab where you organize your Items.

2. Display image from Online Catalog for print on Description Sheets.

3. Display Closing Time.

4. Hide name (Guest name) column for anonymous or bid-number-only bidding

5. Display Bid Increments. Many argue that one gets higher bids when guest use their imagination to generate the next bid.

6. Applies only where an unsold Item from an Online Auction is offered for sale at a Live event. Highest bid from Online Auction transfers to printed bid sheet.

7 . Block "Thanks to: donor" text to allow for anonymous donors.

8. Display the Fair Market Value on Bid Sheets and draft print Catalog.

9. Save.
