Pre programmed Routine Data Collection - Meal Choice, Seating Preference, Bid number sharing
Some standard collections such as meal choice or seating preference are preprogrammed for you.
1. Choose which pre-programmed data collection you need.
1. Admin > Custom fields
2. Select Type of Data collection
3. Add Group.
Meal Section will populate for you to edit
Click on Edit to change Header and add Meal choices.
Editing the Meal Selections
1. Instruction Text for Guest
2. Data collection format
3. Required data must have response for guest to save and will appear on Checkin screen.
4.Selections that will appear in dropdown. The fist one that space will be the default choice . If you do not trust your guests to actually choose, put a placeholder that forces the guest to choose. "Meals Below" "--?--" etc
5. Save

Set up a blank Text field for Guest to type in a name
Bid Number Sharing - (Remember you can have couples share a bid number by selling them a 2 seat ticket that is linked.)
