Editing a Ticket
Everything you need to do to an existing ticket order can now be done from a single page including add, return, exchange, or change the price of a ticket, add names to unassigned seats, add items to an online order, or record a payment.
1. Edit Ticket - Clicking on the (edit ticket) will pull up your menu of tickets to choose from.
If you choose a ticket with fewer seats, a message will appear
Notice
You currently have more guests on this ticket than can fit on your new ticket. Please unassign some guests and try again.
2. Return Ticket
3. Change Price by clicking on (edit) next to the total and the amount becomes editable.
4 - a Add or Edit Guest (Edit User brings up the Guest form.)
4 - b Select User provides a search box for unticketed people in your database, e.g. migrated, donors etc. to reduce data entry.
4 - c Remove User clears ticket seat info by clearing guest form and/or the guest from the database with a single click.
5. Refund Payment
Follow instructions based on what refund is being issued.
6 - a Add Item
Add any item in any available quantity and price to the order using item numbers or name in the Item search box.
6 - b Add Ticket
Choose a ticket from your menu of ticket types.
7. Show Buyer Shows complete profile with option of Edit
8. Clicking on "Email Receipt" pops up window with Buyer Email if Available
