Testing the Ticket Buying Process

Pose as a guest coming to your site so you can edit things and at the same time test your credit card connection.

Set up Ticket for $0 to be purchased online

Create or edit an existing ticket to allow to purchase it online.

Set up a $1 (you may have to repeat for more than 1 CC such as AMEX) donation just for testing

- Admin > Applications Settings > scan down the links on the right.
- Add # of $ amount you want.
- Save.

Review page and then enter Guest information to replicate your guest's experience

1. E-mail will allow you to mimic guest experience

2. Enter 41111111111111111111 and fake card information.
3. Click on Complete Ticket Order
4. Get Red boxed Failure message.

5. Enter Real Card number with card information
6. Click on Complete Ticket Order
7. Get Green boxed Success message.

THE ULTIMATE TEST OF THE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION IS TO HAVE A DOLLAR ARRIVE IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IN THE NEXT TWO DAYS.

When you are done with the process, Return your volunteer ticket by Editing the Ticket page

1. Tickets tab
2. Ticket Buyer's view from dropdown
3. Find Guest and click on manage in left column

4. return ticket will remove the test guest from the guest list.
