Running an Online Auction can be a a seamless lead-in to a live event or a way to sell things later that did not bring enough money at your live auction. Out of town family and friends can participate as well as busy people who do not have the time to spend and evening helping you raise money.
While logged in, go to Admin tab > Online Auction > General
1. Click on "Turn on"
2. Name of Online Auction Administrator
3. Email of Online Auction Administrator
4. Choose whether to send Notifications to Guests that they have been outbid.
5. If checked, and the closing time occurs the high bidder will be notified what they won and asked to pay automatically.
6. Will send daily reminders to pay.
7. SAVE

1. Click on Edit this text to welcome your guests. For example, Guests need to Register before they can bid. Registering requires a login and password.

2. They can enter an amount and click on Submit the Funds and they will go to a Thank You page..
The default description is adequate but editing allows you to put your spin on the page.
1. When a guest registers, they get a welcome and page of instructions. You can edit that by going to

while logged in and going to the Edit this text link a the bottom or the page.
2. Click on Update to save work.
