Common Mistakes to Avoid
1. Waiting until the last week to type your guests in.
2. Underestimating the amount of time it takes to type in someones personal information in a checkin situation where there is a lot of noise and distractions. Every errant guest entry takes much longer to fix at your event because the people doing it are volunteers who are under pressure and know much less about what is supposed to be there then the person doing the entry.
3. Entering "Guest of X" or "Guest" or "Anonymous" or "(Table buyer's name)" eight times thinking you will help. If you do not know the guest's name, leave it blank. The buyer will automatically show up on the check in screen with how many guest tickets they have left.
1. Login
2. Click on Tickets tab.
3. Click on Sell a Ticket
Choose a Ticket by checking a button.
Click Continue.
The screen will display the number of seats being purchased with a link for each Guest's information (in this case 2).
Click on Enter Guest Information and enter the requested information or
Select an Existing User,
Repeat for each seat you have information for or skip this step if the ticket is unassigned or anonymous.
Click Continue.
1. Fill in information.
2. Click on Add Guest
1. edit will return you to the previous screen to edit the guest information.
2. remove will delete the ticket from the order.
3. Click on Add Another Ticket (buyer is paying for more than one) or
4. Continue
If a donation is included with the ticket purchase, it is recorded here by selecting the correct amount from the dropdown.
Click Continue.
1. Who is paying for the ticket? Each entered guest will be in dropdown or non-guest buyer can be entered.
2. E-mail for future communication.
3. Choose payment method from dropdown.
4. Fill in payment numbers such as check number.
5. Click on Complete Ticket Order.
Confirmation with:
1. Link to e-mail receipt to Guest at their e-mail;
or
2. link to printable receipt.
3. Sell another Ticket. takes you to menu of tickets to choose from.
4. Return to Ticket List take you to Ticket Tab.

hi! i'm doing the 30 day free trial. how do i import a bunch of fields from an excel spreadsheet containing bidder names, addresses, emails, etc into your software so i can then assign them bid#'s? thanks a lot! :)
