Generating Gift Certificates
Generated gift certificates have an improved appearance that includes the Image from the Item, Restrictions, and information that is needed only by the buyer to take advantage of the prize item.
Gift Certificates are generated when they are selected on the Item Detail page and text for the certificate is typed into the text box that appears when the box selecting GC's is checked.
Preview any Gift Certificate by clicking on "Gift Certificate" at the bottom of the Item page
Appearance Version 1 Name under Approx. 30 Characters includes Item Image, Name, #, Gift Certificate Text, Restriction text, and Donor.
Gift Certificate can be printed from the Preview link below each Catalog Donation Item when logged in or through the Reports tab, Printout sub-tab and then choosing a specific Item and selecting "Make gift certificate."
Appearance Version 2 Name Over Approx. 30 Characters includes Item Image, Name, #, Gift Certificate Text, Restriction text, and Donor.
Admin > Live Auction > General - Adapt Gift Certificate Scale to Allow for more Text
When this is selected the text will be forced to fit the space allotted but consequently the fonts will not be consistent.
To Print, go to Reports > Printout > make a single sheet at the bottom.
