For the unusual circumstance where the pool of guests is known and in the User data base but it is not knowable if they are coming or who purchased their ticket.. Unless a high percentage of your guest fit that description, this feature will needlessly delay checkin by diverting volunteers from simply typing in the guests name.

1. Admin > Live > General - Allow Search of user list to fill Unassigned Guest tickets

2. Save

1. Look up who bought the unassigned Ticket.
2. Click it into the box.
3. Click on Continue.

2. Name the Ticket So Buyer Know s What to Expect
3. Number of Guest who will Share the same Bidder Number (Family ticket can combine more than 2)

5. Save at bottom of page
