Things to do on your Account Page
1. Create a New Event
2. Add a new Administrator (Administrators have accounts on all sites and if active get tickler e-mails.0
3. Change Customer profile
4. Pay Renewal or Upgrade
Credit Card Account Management - Suspend or Use all Year
Some of you have a single event and no use for credit card processing otherwise. If you have a credit card account, you have a gateway AND a merchant account. You are responsible for your credit card gateway and merchant account.
Suspending
- If you purchased both from the same place, you may be able suspend them both with a call to the party that sold you the accounts.
- If the Gateway and merchant account were started separately, make sure both are suspended and not just one.
- Before Suspending, make sure you are clear if there are costs to turning them off and on.
Having a clear understanding or what to do with passwords etc will make you a hero for your incoming chair.
