1. Have you determined how you will print out your bid sheets and create your sign-up sheets? Organizing to Print
2. Have you set up your receipt header and footer, organization name, and default address ? Editing Your Guest's Receipt
3. Have you checked that the following items are entered correctly with adequate quantities entered ? Raffle tickets, Wine wall tickets, Paddle Raise/Direct Appeal, Signup parties/buy-ins/easel parties, drinks
4. Have you printed out reports as backup or that will useful for volunteers not at terminals? E.g., "Guest List (preauction)", "Item Number Report"
5. Is your check-in sales screen set with the tickets and raffles you want to sell at check-in? Setting Up Your Checkin Screen

6. Managing Bidder Numbers

A. Have you linked couples who wish to share a bidder number ? Linking Guests who want to Share a Bidder Number
B. Are you going to ask Tofino to set bidder numbers or type them in yourself ? The volunteers can type in the number of the card/paddle next on their pile or have it chosen in advance and match the card/paddle to the guest.
C. How will guests learn their number? Will you hand out paddles?
D. If you have pre printed numbers, do you have enough for walk-up guests? (A sharpie and card stock are low tech solution.)

Planning how it will happen and preparing volunteers are the key to distributing numbers smoothly.
