In your SchoolAuction software, you can create as many guest ticket types as you'd like to sell - at different price points, for sale at different times, etc. (I like to offer "Early Bird" pricing to kick-start ticket sales a few months before the event.) The world is your oyster here - it's easy and fast to do.
2. Deciding What Custom Data You Are Going to Collect
Here is where you can have Guests choose their meals, asked to share bid numbers or identify their connection to your organization.
3. Entering Ticket Sales For Your Guests
You can sell tickets in person, and enter the guest ticket data into your SchoolAuction site. Receive RSVP's and enter the tickets and payments but . .
...but you can also decide to sell tickets online - your subscription includes the ability for guests to come purchase their own tickets, using a credit card. This is also quick and easy to set up in your SchoolAuction site, although there's an important bit of technical detail we have to bring up here: before you can accept credit-card payments for online ticket sales, you have to have finished the process of setting up your gateway credit-card account, and that account must be able to handle "card not present" transactions. Until then, you can still offer online registration for your guests, but you cannot process credit-card payments for those registrations (you can ask them to send in a check, and hold their reservation until you get it.)
Whether the tickets are sold internally or online, they can be edited.
