Setting up Authorize.net for Event Night
(You can also watch Authorize.net Videos on using your Auth.net account - E.G. API Login ID and Transaction Key, Address Verification Service (AVS), Card Code Verification (CCV) and Customer Information Manager (CIM).)
1. Turn on CIM (Customer Information Manager)
2. Lowering AVS in Auth.net for Event Night to Lower failure Rate
3. Turn off CVV Requirements.
4. Event Night Settings > Authorize.net Card Vaulting Supported
5. Online Processing > Authorize.net Card Vaulting Supported
1. A. Turn On CIM (Customer Information Manager)
While logged in, click on Customer Information Manager under TOOLS.
1. B. Turn On CIM (Customer Information Manager)
At the bottom of the "About Customer Information Manager (CIM) Service, click on Sign up for Customer Information Manager (CIM) Now
1. C. Turn On CIM (Customer Information Manager)
1. Read Terms of Service.
2. Acknowledge you have read by checking box.
3. Click on I Agree.
2. A While logged in Go to Account > Settings > Address Verification Service

2. B. Uncheck all boxes > Submit at bottom of page

2. Submit button at the bottom of the page.
3. A. Turn off CVV Requirements.

Make sure all are turned off and if any changes are made, click on Submit.
4. Event Night Settings > Authorize.net Card Vaulting Supported
1. Choose Authorize.net - Card Vaulting Support
2. Save.
3. Test. your card by checking in and donating a dollar at checkout.
5. Online Processing > Authorize.net Card Vaulting Supported
In order to use vaulted card to submit payments.
1. Choose Authorize.net - Card Vaulting Support
2. Save.
